ECDL (European Computer Driving License) Training Centre is open for all students and university staff who want to improve their IT skills.
The ECDL syllabus covers the key concepts of computers, standard business applications, and uses in the workplace and society in general. It consists of seven modules – basic concepts of information technology, using the computer and managing files, word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, information and communication.
The center is equipped with 20 Touch Smart PCs, notebooks, projectors and printers. Relevant software is installed according to the ECDL syllabi.
ECDL training to attend the university administration, faculty, staff and students from nearly 100 registered participants. Participants receive a certificate ECDL training courses for certification exam success are organized.
About 100 participants from university staff and students have been registered to attend ECDL trainings. On completion of all 7 modules, the Successful participants give an exam to receive ECDL certificate.
The ECDL (European Computer Driving License) is an internationally highly respected certificate program that verifies your computer knowledge and practical computing skills. The program is controlled by ECDL Foundation located in Ireland. The certificate is internationally recognized in more than 149 countries.
