Admission of Exchange Students
Students from our partner universities can apply as exchange student, once they are nominated by their home university for a period (1 or 2 semester) study at Azerbaijan University. We offer a large number of courses both undergraduate and graduate levels. They are eligible to take the courses relevant to their program of study.
When to Apply
Incoming international students are encouraged to complete the application form. The deadline for application for fall semester is June 30 and for spring semester term October 30. International students must submit completed application along with other required documents via email or post.
In order to consider your application we require following documents (all documents must be submitted in English).
- Completed application form (signed by program coordinator)
- Copy of official transcripts(original with the university stamp)*
- Proficiency in English Language*
- CV (Curriculum Vitae)
- Copy of international passport*
- Learning Agreement*
*You will be required to bring the original upon admission
As an exchange student you are supposed to pay tuition fee to your home university.
