A training seminar for doctoral candidates and dissertation researchers was held at Azerbaijan University, organized by the International Center for Master's and Doctoral Studies. At the event, Head of the Department of Science, PhD in Mathematics Latifa Agamaliyeva made a report on “Scientific article preparation, journal selection and submission”.

Latifa Agamaliyeva's report covered such topics as types and structure of scientific articles, title selection, summary preparation and its significance, the relevance of keywords to the topic and their selection, points to pay attention to when coordinating and writing the introduction, compiling a bibliography, and other topics. The report also explained the requirements and guidelines for preparing theses to be presented at scientific conferences.

The seminar also featured Nushaba Guliyeva, Director of the International Center for Master's and Doctoral Studies, who addressed questions from doctoral candidates and dissertation researchers.

The training seminar concluded with discussions on the topic.
