An awareness-raising event on "Human trafficking and forced labor: how to protect yourself" was held for students at Azerbaijan University. The guest of the event was Rafig Mahmudov, Chief Adviser of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The event was opened by Tunzala Verdiyeva, Head of the Department of Social Work. Tunzala Verdiyeva noted that the event was held in accordance with paragraph 4.2.3 of the Action Plan for the implementation of the "National Action Plan to Combat Human Trafficking in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2020-2024."
