The International Relations Department of Azerbaijan University announces the opening of applications to Shymkent University of Kazakhstan within the framework of the student exchange program. Students wishing to study at Shymkent University under the interuniversity exchange program during the fall semester of the 2026/2027 academic year may apply to the International Relations Department (4th floor, Room 504).

All expenses incurred during the exchange period shall be covered by the students themselves (tuition fees shall continue to be paid to Azerbaijan University in the usual manner).

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

• Copy of passport
• Academic transcript
• Photograph (3×4)
• Certificate confirming language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
