Azerbaijan University hosted a presentation of the third wave of the “Azad Mirzajanzada Development Program”. At the event, the Program’s Project Manager, Irada Zeynalova, delivered a detailed presentation and thoroughly informed students about the initiative. Irada Zeynalova noted that the program, named after Prof. Azad Mirzajanzada, a full member of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, and implemented since 2023, aims to develop the country’s human capital and support the personal and professional growth of the young generation based on innovative thinking, a sense of social responsibility, and a scientific approach.

The guest speaker also provided students with extensive information about the program’s focus areas, implementation stages, registration and selection process, mentoring system, training modules, and the development opportunities available to the winners. She also answered students’ questions.

It should be noted that the program, as a unique initiative aimed at fostering leadership skills, innovative thinking, and a project-based approach, brings together talented youth and specialists from various regions of the country.
