Azerbaijan University has held the internal qualifying round of the “Knowledge Cup” project, implemented within the framework of the University League of the intellectual game “What? Where? When?”, organized by the “Khazar Intellectual Youth Club” Public Association. The first selection round for Azerbaijan University was organized by the Student Scientific Society.

12 teams took part in the first round: Kharıbulbul, Istiqlal, Inqilab, SOS, Z Force, Student Power, Fontamas, GPT Kids, Intelligence Power, Cyberstorm, BM One, and Poseidon. The teams demonstrated their intellectual potential by answering questions across various topics in a competitive setting.

The second qualifying round of the “Knowledge Cup” will take place on November 15, 2025. Finalist teams will be determined based on the results of the internal selection rounds.

The main objective of the project is to develop students’ intellectual capabilities, enhance their analytical and logical thinking, and foster a healthy environment of intellectual competition among young people.

It should be noted that more than 25 higher education institutions from across the country, both from the capital and the regions, are participating in the project. Internal selection rounds for university are conducted simultaneously.
