A master class on “Data analytics” was organized for students of the Business and Economics Faculty of Azerbaijan University. The students heard a report by Alper Tyrash, a business analyst and head of the functional unit of data analytics at Kapital Bank, who has more than 20 years of experience in this field.

Alper Tyrash informed the participants about the concept of Business Analytics (Business Intelligence, BI), banking products and Business Analytics in banking, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, and presented real cases.

At the end of the masterclass, students' questions on the report were answered.
