The spring examination session of the 2024/2025 academic year has officially begun at Azerbaijan University. The session, which started today, will continue until July 10, 2025.

By the order of the University Rector, Saadat Aliyeva, an Examination Headquarter has been established to ensure the effective organization of exams, transparency and objectivity in the assessment process, and encryption of final exam results. Operating under the supervision of the Examination Headquarter are the Exam Monitoring Commission, Appeals Commission, and Examination Process Investigation Commission.

The purpose of the Exam Monitoring Commission is to supervise the exam process and promptly address any emerging issues. The Appeals Commission is responsible for resolving disputes arising from exam results during the session and, if necessary, for re-evaluating answers from students, while the Examination Process Investigation Commission handles disputes between students and instructors that occur during exams and aims to protect the principles of student-centeredness, democracy, and transparency.

Throughout the session, exams are conducted in written, test, and, when necessary, oral formats in accordance with the approved schedule.
