A preliminary discussion of the dissertation titled “Development of an innovative management system for commercial organizations in the Republic of Azerbaijan” by doctoral candidate Toghrul Aliverdi oglu Farzullayev, pursuing the degree of PhD in Economics, was held at a meeting of the Department of Economics and Management.

The presented dissertation was reviewed during the session chaired by Prof. Rovshan Guliyev, head of the Department of Economics and Management, and was highly praised as a completed scientific research project.

In conclusion, it was noted that the dissertation meets the requirements set by the Supreme Attestation Commission for dissertations seeking the degree of PhD in Economics, and a decision was made to recommend it for the next stage of defense.
