A preliminary discussion of the dissertation work titled “Socio-economic issues of the formation and utilization of young labor resources in the Republic of Azerbaijan” by PhD candidate Khanim Hikmat Guliyeva, seeking the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, took place at a meeting of the Department of Economics and Management.

Chaired by Prof. Rovshan Guliyev of the Department of Economics and Management, the session included a comprehensive review of the dissertation, which was recognized as a well-rounded and complete scientific research work.

In conclusion, it was noted that the dissertation meets the requirements set by the Supreme Attestation Commission for the award of the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics. A decision was made to recommend the dissertation for the next stage of the defense process.

The scientific advisor of the candidate is Doctor of Economic Sciences, Prof. Rovshan Muradov.
