By the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the head of the Department of Political and Social Sciences, PhD in Political Sciences Elvin Talishinsky was awarded the title of Associate Professor. At an event held at the Supreme Attestation Commission, our colleague was awarded an associate professor’s diploma.
