Senior lecturer of the Department of Translation and Philology at Azerbaijan University, Huseyn Huseynli, has successfully completed the expert training modules for accreditation assessment of higher education institutions conducted by the Education Quality Assurance Agency (TKTA). Chairman of the Agency's Board of Directors, Tural Ahmadov, presented certificates to Huseyn Huseynli and 19 other experts representing various higher education institutions.

Speaking before experts at the certificate award ceremony, Tural Ahmadov emphasized that the accreditation process is a crucial tool for enhancing quality within educational institutions. He highlighted the importance of a professional approach by accreditation commission members and underlined the value of participating in training programs to develop experts’ practical knowledge.

During the event, the outcomes of the training program, designed to prepare accreditation experts, were presented. Discussions were held regarding the role, responsibilities, and duties of experts throughout the evaluation process. Participants also received detailed information about methodological innovations and quality assurance criteria introduced into the accreditation approach.

Certified experts will participate in accreditation assessments of higher education institutions and contribute to improving the quality of education.

TKTA plans to continue implementing expert training programs based on international best practices to strengthen quality control across higher education institutions in the future.
