Jordanka Galeva, Assoc. Prof. at Goce Delchev University in North Macedonia, delivered a guest lecture for Master students of the Social Work program at Azerbaijan University. The lecture provided a parallel analysis of Azerbaijan and North Macedonia, presenting a comparative overview of topics such as the formation and preservation of multicultural values, demographic dynamics (migration trends, urbanization, age structure), community-level social solidarity, and mechanisms of local self-governance.

The Q&A session that followed was marked by active student participation, the application of theoretical principles in a practical context, and discussions on prospective research directions. The lecture, which was also attended by the Head of the Department of Social Work Organization, Nigar Shakhhuseynbayova, concluded with expressions of gratitude and a preliminary agreement to organize future joint academic events.

The aim of the lecture, held at the invitation and with the support of the Department of Social Work Organization, was to enhance the comparative analysis skills of Master students and to encourage exchange of views on regional perspectives in social policy, community development, and cultural diversity.
