The Center for Socio-Psychological Research and Counseling at Azerbaijan University, in collaboration with the Human Development Center (HDC), organized a Training of Trainers (TOT) seminar for educators. The seminar was led by Toghrul Alakbarov, head of HDC.

Toghrul Alakbarov provided participants with insights into the application of TOT methodology within the educational process, effective strategies for building strong lecturer-student relationships, and ways to deliver lessons in an engaging and interactive manner, and touched upon topics such as measuring training results, adapting training methods to modern requirements, and increasing the motivation of participants.

The seminar continued with group activities and open discussions, allowing participants to practice and demonstrate their newly acquired skills.

It is worth noting that the core aim of the training was to empower educators with the ability to “learn how to teach”. TOT sessions equip participants with tools to refine their teaching techniques, embrace innovative approaches, and effectively manage learning processes.
