Aynura Rashidova, PhD in Sociology and a lecturer at the Department of Social Work Organization of Azerbaijan University, participated in the 12th International Scientific Conference “Social Changes in a Global World”, held on 25–26 September 2025 at Goce Delchev University in North Macedonia. At the event, Aynura Rashidova presented preliminary findings of her research titled “Development of Women’s Entrepreneurship and Socio-Economic Barriers”, conducted within the postdoctoral program of the European Scientific Institution (ESI) in the field of Social and Humanitarian Sciences.

Her presentation provided extensive information on the research methodology, its scope, and the methods applied. The session also included an exchange of views and experiences with researchers from Albania, Poland, North Macedonia, and other countries. As a next step, it was decided to conduct a comparative analysis of the survey results and to publish the research findings in a reputable academic journal.
