The Department of Political and Social Sciences of Azerbaijan University hosted the 2nd International Scientific Conference on the topic “Global Challenges and the Turkic World”. The Conference, held in an online format, was dedicated to the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty”.

Aimed at exploring the history, culture, economy, and contemporary geopolitical position of the Turkic world, the event also sought to promote closer cooperation among Turkic-speaking nations. The Conference brought together around 100 scholars, researchers, university lecturers, doctoral and master’s students from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Russia, representing various academic and research institutions.
