A seminar on “The Power of Mindset” was organized for students at Azerbaijan University, presented by Toghrul Alakbarov, winner of the “Yukselish” competition and professional coach.

During his presentation, Toghrul Alakbarov spoke about the importance of mindset in personal and professional development, sources of motivation, and key habits necessary for achieving success. He illustrated his talk with real-life examples and shared his recommendations with the participants.

The event, jointly organized by the Department of Translation and Philology and the Student Youth Organization to support students’ personal growth and broaden their horizons, continued with interactive discussions on the topic and concluded with a Q&A session.
