A seminar titled “Effective expression techniques in professional life” was held at Azerbaijan University, organized by the International Center for Master's and Doctoral Studies. The event conducted by Zafer Polat Koyuncu, founder, director, and trainer of the educational company Mind Up and consulting company MCW, was attended by a group of master's students, as well as Nushaba Guliyeva, director of the Center; Kamran Rzayev, director of the Career Development Department; Nigar Shahhuseynbayova, head of the Department of Social Work Organization; and faculty members of the Department.

At the beginning of the seminar, Nurshan Gurbanova – educator, psychologist, head of Az Academy Group LLC, and the sole official representative and trainer of Mind Up and MCW companies in Azerbaijan – introduced the guest speaker to the participants. She outlined the purpose, nature, and significance of the event, emphasized the relevance of the topic, and expressed her confidence that the seminar would be highly beneficial for the participants.

Then, Zafer Polat Koyuncu spoke to the students about application of academic knowledge in a real work environment, achieving and advancing toward career goals using effective strategies, accelerating personal and professional development, managing time efficiently, utilizing technology, and more. He enriched his talk by sharing real-life case studies from his professional experience as well as personal insights.

The students, who showed great enthusiasm throughout the presentation, actively engaged with the speaker, asking numerous questions during the final discussion.

The event concluded with an open exchange of ideas and further discussion on the topics presented.
