Azerbaijan University is represented at the Staff Week held in Türkiye

Azerbaijan University is represented at the International Staff Week event held at Kastamonu University in Türkiye within the framework of the 'Erasmus+ KA 171' project. The university’s Head of the Education Department, Leyla Ağamalıyeva, is participating in the event. From Azerbaijan University, the Head of the Education Department, Leyla Aghamaliyeva, has attended the event.

The aim of the event organized by the Erasmus+ KA171 Coordination at Kastamonu University is to contribute to strengthening international academic cooperation among universities.

The opening ceremony of the international event, speeches were delivered by Ömer Küçük, the Vice Rector of Kastamonu University, and Mustafa Öztürk Akçaoğlu, the Head of the International Relations Department. In his speech, Vice Rector Ömer Küçük emphasized that Kastamonu University places special importance on international academic cooperation and expressed his hope that the event would strengthen international relations and beneficial collaboration. Mustafa Öztürk Akçaoğlu provided participants with information about Kastamonu University's international collaborations and projects.

In the second part of the event, participating higher education institutions set up presentation tables for self-promotion. The host, Professor Ahmet Hamdi Topal, the Rector of Kastamonu University, visited the presentation tables and held discussions on collaboration directions with university representatives from various countries.

Please note that the International Staff Week event is currently ongoing by sections. The event, which started on October 14, will conclude on October 18. 

The 'Erasmus+ KA171' project supports student and staff exchanges, facilitating collaboration between higher education institutions and organizations in partner countries. The project includes activities such as education and internship programs for students, as well as learning and teaching mobility for staff.
