Today, an international conference titled “The Future of Higher Education: Global Perspectives, Local Impact” begins at Azerbaijan University.

The purpose of the Conference, co-organized by Azerbaijan University and the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, is to exchange views on the modernization of higher education systems, digital transformation, internationalization, and skills development in line with rapidly changing labor market demands. Representatives of the scientific and educational community, scientists, researchers, and experts from more than 20 countries are participating in the Conference.

The two-day international event will be dedicated to discussing the interaction of modern trends, innovative approaches, and local realities with global changes in the context of the future of higher education.

Registration of conference participants will begin at 09:00, and the opening ceremony will take place at 10:00.

Saadat Aliyeva, Rector of Azerbaijan University and PhD in Philology, will deliver a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony.

Following the opening ceremony and two plenary sessions, the Conference will continue with sectional sessions. Link to the conference page:
