A seminar on “Soft Skills” was organized for fourth-year students of the Faculty of Business and Economics jointly by the Center for Socio-Psychological Research and Counseling (SPRC) of Azerbaijan University, the “World” Career and Professional Development Center, and the UTU (Communication Improvement Methods) Group.

The seminar was held with the participation of the founder of the UTU Group, public speaking trainer Zaur Jahangirov. He delivered an informative presentation on the topic “Secrets of Eloquence and Public Speaking”. During his speech, Zaur Jahangirov provided detailed information about the indispensable role of proper speech culture and diction in business life, as well as the impact of effective communication on career success. Alongside theoretical knowledge, practical exercises added particular dynamism to the seminar, and students had the opportunity to practice directly with Zaur Jahangirov.

The second speaker of the seminar, Aygun Mammadli, founder of the World Education and Professional Development Center, shared her views and experience on this topic with the participants, encouraging young people to pay greater attention to their personal development.
