The Youth Development and Career Center organized an event titled “Personal development and career opportunities for youth” at Azerbaijan University.

The event was jointly organized by the University’s Career Development Department and the Student Youth Organization (SYO).

Opening the event, Huseyn Rustamli, Chairman of the SYO, emphasized the importance of students’ active participation in volunteer activities, internship programs, and personal development opportunities throughout their academic years.

Following this, Nurana Rzayeva, Head of the Public Relations and Communications Department of the Youth Development and Career Center, provided detailed information about the organization and activities of the Center. During the presentation, participants were also informed about existing career opportunities for young people, internship programs, and personal development initiatives implemented by the Center.

Subsequently, Sura Aliyeva, leading specialist of the Department of Work with Regional Representations, introduced participants to the materials titled “Career guide” and “Personal development handbook”, presenting them in electronic format.

Throughout the event, students gained practical knowledge about career planning, learned about available internship and development programs, and received guidance on how to more effectively navigate their personal development journey.
