A training session titled “Effective Communication” was organized for the administrative personnel of Azerbaijan University, jointly conducted by the Lifelong Learning Support: Education and Training Center and the HR Department.

During the training, led by Samir Salayev, Trainer and Head of the Education and Training Center, participants were guided through practical examples addressing communication challenges that arise in a professional environment, key skills for clear and effective self-expression, the principles of active listening, empathy, and compassionate behavior, as well as constructive feedback and appropriate approaches to handling criticism.

Organized in an interactive format, the training featured scenario-based case discussions and an active exchange of views with the participants.

The session concluded with a Q&A segment addressing questions from the audience.

It should be noted that the next training for administrative staff, organized jointly by the Education and Training Center and the HR Department, will focus on the topic of “Effective Time Management”.
