Professor of the Krakow University of Economics in Poland Renata Winkler lectured to the MBA students of the University of Azerbaijan within the framework of the Erasmus + exchange program.

The first topic of the lectures, lasting 2 weeks, was "Leadership". The lecture, organized online, provided information on what abilities a leader should have, ideas for effective leadership, basic leadership strategies, and the like.

In conclusion, answers were given to students' questions.
