A meeting with representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers Azerbaijan, one of the world’s leading consulting companies, was organized within the framework of the “Career Planning” course for the final year students of the English-medium specialties of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Azerbaijan University. Presentations during the meeting were delivered by Sama Salmanova, Head of the company’s Marketing, Communications and Business Development Team, and Elmar Heydarov, Marketing, Communications and Business Development Specialist.

The presentation provided detailed information about the company’s activities, service areas, corporate values, career opportunities at PwC Azerbaijan, the recruitment process, current vacancies, internships, and development programs for young professionals. It was noted that PwC operates in 149 countries in the fields of audit, taxation, legal, consulting, and technology services and is part of a global professional services network employing hundreds of thousands of people. The guests also drew students’ attention to the conditions created by PwC Azerbaijan for its employees, participation in international projects, as well as opportunities for further transfer to PwC offices in other countries.

The interactive meeting concluded with a Q&A session. The guests answered students’ questions regarding the real working environment, career opportunities in international consulting companies, and the social benefits offered to employees of PwC Azerbaijan.
