Rector of Azerbaijan University, PhD in Philology Saadat Aliyeva, sent a congratulatory message to Maleyka Abbaszada, Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the institution. The message reads:

“On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I would like to sincerely congratulate the entire staff of the Center, headed by the Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mrs. Maleyka Abbaszada, and extend my best wishes on behalf of the staff of Azerbaijan University.

Over the years, the Center has achieved significant success in the fields of education and assessment in our country, becoming one of the leading institutions ensuring transparency, objectivity, and fairness. The Center plays an important role in the development of our country’s human capital.

I would especially like to emphasize that the activities of the State Examination Center are not limited to organizing university entrance examinations, but also include the administration of examinations in various fields for all state institutions. This clearly demonstrates the expansion and diversification of the Center’s scope of activity.

I would also like to note that the State Examination Center has taken important steps toward the implementation of modern technologies, the improvement of examination processes, and the successful adoption of international best practices. As a result of these efforts, an objective assessment of the knowledge and skills of our youth has been ensured, laying a strong foundation for their future development.
