The authors of the idea and founders of the “ResearchEx” research platform, Ibrahim Hasanov and Timuchin Asadzada, met with the Rector of Azerbaijan University, PhD in Philology Saadat Aliyeva. The purpose of the meeting was to inform the Rector about the project and discuss opportunities for cooperation. The meeting was also attended by Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs Yusif Gasimov and the Rector’s advisor, Director of the International Center for Master’s and Doctoral Studies, Nushaba Guliyeva.

Ibrahim Hasanov and Timuchin Asadzada noted that “ResearchEx” is designed as the world’s first all-in-one platform for researchers. The main goal of the project is to provide researchers with all the necessary tools on a single platform. The “ResearchEx” project, scheduled for launch this month, will offer users opportunities for direct communication and collaboration with other researchers, organizing online interviews with experts, designing and conducting surveys, using an AI-based research assistant, searching for research funding sources, participating in forums, and more.

After reviewing the project, the Rector noted that innovative ideas from students of all higher education institutions in the country are equally valuable for Azerbaijan University. Science and innovation require a collaborative rather than competitive environment. For this reason, the University considers supporting the initiatives of talented young people and fostering their development an integral part of its mission. Saadat Aliyeva wished the project team success and emphasized that the “ResearchEx” platform will make a significant contribution to the national innovation ecosystem.

The meeting continued with an exchange of views on the project.

It should be noted that the author of the idea and the founders of the project are students of ADA University. Ibrahim Hasanov is a second-year student of the Faculty of International Relations, while Timuchin Asadzada is a first-year student of the Faculty of Urban Planning.
