Assoc. Prof. Coshkun Akcha from Kastamonu University (Türkiye) has begun delivering lectures at the Azerbaijani- and English-medium programs of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Azerbaijan University within the framework of an academic exchange program. Invited under a short-term exchange initiative, Coshkun Akcha focuses in his lectures on current topics in human resource management, career planning, business relations, and management. Alongside theoretical knowledge, he also introduces students to modern management approaches and practical models applied in international practice.

The inclusion of the Turkish assoc. prof. in the teaching staff of Azerbaijan University became possible through a cooperation agreement signed between the two universities. Under the same memorandum, third-year Marketing student of Azerbaijan University, Nurjan Ismayilova, is currently studying at Kastamonu University as part of the exchange program.

This cooperation is of significant importance in terms of expanding inter-university academic ties, enriching the educational process with international experience, and integrating students into the global academic environment.
