Training on “Development of Service-Oriented Mindset” was held at Azerbaijan University
With the organizational and methodological support of the Quality Assurance Department of Azerbaijan University, the Lifelong Education Support: Training and Education Center conducted a training session titled “Developing a Service-Oriented Mindset”. The primary objective of the training was to develop and strengthen a service-oriented approach and behavioral model within the University community.
The training, organized by Elvin Karimov, a lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management, was attended by members of the University academic and administrative staff. The presentation of Elvin Karimov, a graduate of the University, consisted of three parts: scientific research, application, and experience. The training, which covered such topics as the fundamental principles of the service-oriented mindset model, the practical application of the core principles of service-oriented thinking, and the service approach in the trainer`s practice, concluded with an active discussion among the participants.
It should be noted that the training was organized on the basis of the principles of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: peace, justice and strong institutions; quality education; decent work and economic growth; reduced inequalities; sustainable cities and communities.
