The spring examination session for the 2025/2026 academic year has commenced at Azerbaijan University. The session, which started today, will run until July 6, 2026.

Pursuant to a relevant order issued by the University Rector, PhD in Philology Saadat Aliyeva, an “Examination Headquarters” has been established to organize the examinations, ensure transparency and objectivity in student evaluation, and encode final examination results. Operating under the supervision of the Examination Headquarters are the “Examination Monitoring Commission”, the “Appeals Commission”, and the “Examination Process Investigation Commission”.

The purpose of the Examination Monitoring Commission is to monitor the examination process and promptly address any issues that may arise. The Appeals Commission was established to resolve disputes that may arise regarding examination results during the session and, where necessary, to reassess students’ answers to examination questions, while the Examination Process Investigation Commission was created to investigate disputed matters between students and faculty members during exams, safeguarding the principles of student-centeredness, democracy, and transparency.

Examinations are being conducted in accordance with the approved timetable throughout the session.
