Training on “The first step in my career” was held for students studying at the Faculty of Business And Economics of Azerbaijan University. The training was conducted by Tarlan Rasulov, a lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management.

Opening the event, head of the Department Tural Gojayev informed about the topic of the training and emphasized the importance of career planning for students.

Then Tarlan Rasulov touched upon the issues of self-knowledge, business world research, initial work experience, decision-making process, job search process, career management. 

The training, which continued with interactive discussions, explained to the participants the steps to be taken for professional development and ways to enter the labor market.
