A training session on “Time Management” for administrative staff members, co-organized by the Lifelong Learning Support: Education and Training Center and the HR Department at Azerbaijan University, was conducted in an interactive format under the leadership of Samir Salayev, Head of the Center.

The training provided participants with practical skills to eliminate time inefficiencies in daily work routines, prioritize tasks according to their urgency and importance using the Eisenhower Matrix, determine task sequence effectively, manage workflows within defined timeframes using “Parkinson’s Law” and the “Pomodoro Technique”, and enhance overall productivity through 25-minute intervals of focused work.

The session also provided recommendations for proper planning and effective time management. Participants shared personal experiences and discussed time management challenges encountered in their daily work routines.

Organized across two shifts, the training brought together a total of 39 administrative staff members.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment.
