“Sosfera” Social Development Club
“Sosfera” Social Development Club began its activities in the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The Club, established under the Department of Social Work Organization, is headed by Jansu Nazarova, a second-year student majoring in Social Work.

The “Sosfera” Social Development Club is a scientific and social platform that unites students interested in socially oriented fields at the University. The main goal of the Club is to promote and study the specialty of Social Work at Azerbaijan University and in Azerbaijan, increase youth interest in this field, study and apply international experience in social work, establish connections with organizations operating in the country and abroad, and cooperate with them.
“Sosfera” helps students develop communication, leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills through various training sessions, seminars, social projects, and partnership-based events.
